The rooms are large, with the kitchen, 1 Bedroom, for example provided.

The breakfast was gorgeous and offered a great selection of options. I enjoyed the spotlessly clean and airy room and the staff were super-friendly. Great and absolutely perfect location, it was just off promenade, bars and restaurants, and Scotland at midsummer. It also was close to the event I went for.
Facilities were overall nice, yet internet connection was terrible.

Really good Food and Service Experience!
I stayed for a week and was kinda surprised by the food quality and staff attentiveness. The chef outdid himself on a busy night. A shout-out to the amazing team that ensured everything went smoothly!

Heating good. Plenty of parking spaces. Good breakfast. Staff ok.
Room small and narrow, without wall decoration. Opposite the window was the kitchen ventilator, so it usually stank accordingly. The fan in the bathroom, which also smelled, boomed. No lift.

It was just a good match for a lightning trip in Dysart with fantastic value for money. I appreciated the great location, made it easy to explore the nearby sights in no time. Be prepared for some noise during events if you're near the function rooms.

great stay but room could use a refresh
The staff were accommodating, especially with my child's breakfast requests. The cleanliness of the entire hotel cannot be overstated. It felt cute and well-kept throughout our stay.
The room was a bit sparse and tired looking.

We had a lovely stay with a spacious room that offered a beautiful view, and we enjoyed drinks on the sunny patio as well as a delicious breakfast the next morning. There are great opportunities to unwind, like lounging in the garden and enjoying the cozy restaurant. The only downside was the small bathroom setup, which made showering our little one a bit tricky, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here! 😊

The building has character and the parking was good too. Breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the clean and comfy double room we had for our 2 night stay with a nice view. The dining room is a great spot to enjoy your meals.
the shower in our room didn't work properly, and there was not enough milk for our tea.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julfriendly staffsparse furnishingstired room decordifficulties securing comfortable room
The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, often going out of their way to accommodate requests, especially during breakfast time. The furnishings in the room felt a bit sparse and tired, which detracted from the overall comfort. Dining options were excellent, particularly the local cakes, but finding a more suitable room for better sleep proved challenging.

I enjoyed my stay at The Strathearn and appreciated the excellent dining options and the lovely historic charm of the hotel. The sliding bathroom door could be a bit noisy at night, but the warm, comfortable room made up for it. A good experience overall.
