Exceptional Food and Service Experience!

I stayed for a week and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality and staff attentiveness. The chef truly outdid himself on a busy night, making a large group feel special without any pre-orders. A shout-out to the amazing team that ensured everything went smoothly!

i recently stayed at the strathearn for 5 nights, and it was a great experience! my room was clean, and housekeeping came by daily. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. plus, the food was delicious, especially the tasty sandwiches at the tea i attended.

It was just a good match for a lightning trip in Dysart with fantastic value for money. I appreciated the great location that made it easy to explore the nearby sights in no time. Be prepared for some noise during events if you're near the function rooms.

great stay but room could use a refresh

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially with my child's breakfast requests. The cleanliness of the entire hotel cannot be overstated. it felt welcoming and well-kept throughout our stay.

We had a lovely stay with a spacious room that offered a beautiful view, and we enjoyed drinks on the sunny patio as well as a delicious breakfast the next morning. There are great opportunities to unwind, like lounging in the garden and enjoying the cozy restaurant. The only downside was the small bathroom setup, which made showering our little one a bit tricky, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here! 😊

the strathearn hotel is a really nice place to stay. the building has character and the parking was good too. breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. loved the clean and comfy double room we had for our 2 night stay with a nice view. the dining room is a great spot to enjoy your meals.

the shower in our room didn't work properly, and there was not enough milk for our tea.

great proximity to parks and the beautiful seaside views

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, and the excellent breakfast kept me fueled for my adventures through the charming nearby parks and stunning seaside views during my stay.

Had a lovely stay! The full Scottish breakfast was fantastic and the portions were generous. The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a solo getaway.

Dining options were excellent, particularly the local cakes, but finding a more suitable room for better sleep proved challenging.

I stayed in a Single Room for 3 nights. The room was a bit sparse and tired looking but super clean. The bedding was comfortable, which I appreciated. Bathroom was new and tidy, and I liked that fresh towels were offered. Staff were always around, which was nice. it met my needs, but it could use a little more charm.

The décor has a charming old-world character, adding a unique touch to the experience. Breakfast offerings, when available, feature high-quality options, making for a satisfying start to the day.

Our room at the end of the hall seemed to act like an echo chamber, with noise from people walking and talking, which really disrupted sleep. The balcony needed a bit of attention—leftover cigarette bits and some leaves piling up really didn't help the vibe. Plus, the taps didn't run cold, complicating hot beverage prep, and drainage issues in the shower left us standing in ankle-deep water. Not to mention, the boiler room nearby contributed to uncomfortable noise at night, and the bed felt hard rather than cozy.
